What is collected?

If you submit a brief, the local server stores your name, email address, model preference, destination, planning budget, timeline and optional notes, together with a random reference and creation time. Do not enter sensitive information; invented test details are sufficient.

Where does it go?

Briefs are written to the server’s local .data/enquiries directory, outside the public web root. They are not sent to an importer or email provider. There is no public endpoint for reading submitted briefs. This demonstration does not have a production CRM or mail integration.

How can I delete it?

The success screen provides a deletion action protected by a random token held only in that browser session. After closing the page, the operator can remove the corresponding local file. Old records are automatically removed after 24 hours when the API is next used; deletion is not a continuously running scheduled service.

Cookies and browser preferences.

No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Your reduced-motion preference is stored in localStorage if browser storage is available. Contact details and submitted briefs are not saved in localStorage. A downloaded brief is a file under your control.

Assets and technical requests.

Fonts, photographs, 3D geometry and scripts are served locally. The page does not load external analytics or third-party embeds. Opening an optional official resource or attribution link takes you to that external website and its own privacy policy.

Before any real launch.

A genuine operator must supply its verified identity, contact details, legal basis, retention policy, processor agreements and data-subject rights process. This demonstration policy is not a substitute for those obligations.
